How do you make tree modes for god mode?

Other regions work fine. The maxis ones work, the ones that i made more than 5 months ago work. and the only plugins i have are the columbus terrain and water, CTP trees, NAM and cars. and some other ones. Nothing happens with other cities. Sometimes they crash, but thats not very often. About the terrain thing im going to try to re install them.

Ok, here's the story... Im surfing the web, in Simtropolis, and i find an iteresting region. I download it run it in SC4 terraformer and save it. I start simcity 4 deluxe, i go to that region i downloaded, I select a city, it starts loading than it crashes to the desktop. Then i dowload another region (the one with the grayscale picture), then I start simcity 4 go the new region and I run the grayscale picture. I finishes the first city than the game crashes to the desktop. So im thikin, "How in the world am i supposed to make new region?" A little help will do. Please! I beg u people! System info: OS: Windows Vista Home premium Processor: AMD Trion Dual-Core RM-70 2.00GHz RAM: 3.00 GB 32-bit Operating System 138 GB left of 223 GB in Hard Drive (C:\) Video card: NIVDIA Gforce 8200M G

That happens to me too. It even does that when i start a new city

When i place the Marsian Colony Museum, The textures in the ground desapear (sorry for the spelling)

Some kind of marsian airport, a spaceport (on the ground like an airport with runways...), take out the boat menu in the transportation and u-drive it menu futuristic cars and for the farms, huge greenhouses, more, bigger parks above ground with a dome.......
