Wow, that actually looks kind of good, i didn't really pay much attention to the simcity series till i saw simcity 4 behind the glass in the electronic and went ballistic. xD

I LOVE SimCity 2000. I begged and begged my parents for a computer so I could play it (I started with SimCity on the SNES), and I still have it on my computer. I was never very good with SCURK, though (or BAT or anything else you creative types can use so well). The pics all look great. Very nice!

Ahhhh... the good ol' days. I remember them well. Good ol' SC2K... that music was the ultimate earbug. A fun game though. I should see if I can find any of my old cities as well.

Simcity 2kwas my first experience with Simcity too! It was 1997, I was 9 years old. Crazy.

I really loved that game, I probably put more hours into it then I ever have playing SC4. I still have it installed on my new PC. runs really well 12 years later.

Amazing how dated SC2K looks considering that when I was in middle school, I thought it was the coolest thing ever.

Great CJ there, guys! I remember SC2000, but  I've never seen custom content for it before... looks like I really missed something 3.gif

Great city building skills too.

I must say, dear sirs, you win the internetz with this. I always loved SC2k, and your work does that game a great service! Is there anyway of making your tileset available for others?

Scurk rules!

So, the avenues are parks, the bridges are hydro dams set on a 1*2 slope where the other side is also a waterfall but you can't tell, right? Or did you use the surface water/sea level change trick that also ca be used to make forested "swamps"?

I thought I had that game figured out down to the mouse button trick and how with some practice you can make twin suspension bridges connect to the elevated highway...

Oh man, nice work, everyone! I did a recreation of Paris in SC2K once. It was much easier to "BAT" back then. I made numerous Paris style buildings, Tour Montpanarse(I have no idea how to spell), Maison de Radio, and the Pompedieu Center (also probably mis-spelled). I wish I could show it to you all, but that was ages ago. I've replaced my machine twice since then! But it was fun to see this after all these years.
