Victor Valdes: Thanks for the comment. Hope to hear more from you... 9.gif

I'll try to keep up what I started, too.

    Teasers

Since I wasn't able to update my CJ very much, I thought that I would give a somewhat preview of what you might expect to see in the upcoming updates. There are three main things that I will be showing but don't expect them to be there right away and please be patient with the next update.

The thing that you will see, without a doubt is the new train line.

    image002.jpg

The next thing or things that I will show may not come out in the city so please be understanding.

SirUnger: Thanks for the comment. I never knew that I would meet someone that also loved airplanes. By the way, what plane is your favorite? 2.gif

fabsies55: What do you mean by "except the industry, industry needs work"? Just so you know, The industrial area is already full and don't worry, it'll look better and be better really soon.

    Tomasneto: Thanks. 9.gif

    Atkinson: Update 3

"That's it!" I said to my board. Were having too many problems with having to export our garbage somewhere else. "If you don't get this done in two weeks, your all fired!" I shouted. In fear, they all left my house and set out to find the said "solution". And, to my amazement, the got the project started in just two days. After a back breaking twelve days, the "dump", if you may, is up and running.

    4i.jpg

With everything up and running, I can now focus on the important things, my people. With the crisis of the Avenue practically overflowing with cars, I set out to find a way to reduce the congestion in the city. Note the word "city". With all accessibility to roads maximized I resorted to the rail. The rail line went around the entire city and some development started along there, too.  Plus I placed some new bus stops but don;t have pictures of them because of the trees in the street.

    4f.jpg

With space becoming a major problem in the city, the mayor decided to "push" the power plant.

This is a picture of it after the new one's been built and the old one demolished.

    4g.jpg

With the mayor a success, he decided to invite his brother,Lars Overdale to live in the city. Flattered in some way, the brother accepts and moves in a very good looking apartment (the white one in the center).

    4d.jpg

With commute time still long, the mayor decided to shorten it by putting a set of junctions and passing them along the highway to cut commute tome by about, statistically, 47%.

    4h.jpg

And, lastly, the current picture of the city.

All comments and suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Hawkeye9: Thanks 9.gif I have bad news though... I may have to take the train line away but I will replace it with an El Rail at the least or a monorail but the El Rail looks better.

Zezug: I would have to say the same thing to you about the rail.

Raysfan16: Oh.. you will see this city grow. I've already planned out the place.

shaylan221: The rail line was hard to get... That, I tell you my friend.

    Atkinson: Update 4

With the demand at it's peak, the mayor decided to take this opportunity and zone more for his people. Zoning wasn't the only decision that he had to make. Other than that, he had a problem with pollution in the water. So, in an effort to make both happen, he allowed for the zoning and then, with the taxes he earned, put up water treatment plant.

    5a.jpg

    5e.jpg

With this problem fixed he now focused on a very major thing, transport. With the city's population nearing 10,000, which may not seem to be allot, it was time for something new. In place of this was a new avenue going to the south and a new airport but isn't much like the one in the teaser.

    5d.jpg

    5b.jpg

Not only that, he also made a new police station.

All comments and suggestions are greatly appreciated

You have a very good developing city. I would suggest using a custom airport, but it's totally up to you. Try typing in "RMIP" at the STEX. Keep up the good work!44.gif

Victor Valdes: The only problem with the rail line is that nobody much uses it
