This should be a ``castastrophically`` good update. Many deads!... uhm ... sounds like a spring cleaning of old characters. Anyway, some characters got there highlight but some may rise has heroes soon.

I don't know if any of you have realized it yet, but I do a special and intensive update of every character and personality every 8 years of your age.

It is tooooo much work to keep track of everyone's age more often, that is why I chose 8 years. Hope that it is fine with you all.

The last time I had the specific personality update, you Owen Shepherd were 36 years old,and before I post again an update like this, you should be in between 36 and 44 years old.

Right now Vallen Nexis is the oldest with 72 yo and Alex MacVicar follows with something around 60 yo and the youngest is Erica Woelfwynde with 2 yo.

 

Because of the Christmas season,time has been occupying me quite a bit, but I 'll be back very soon, during this weekend.

Meanwhile I wish you all a Merry Christmas, Joyeux Noel, Frohe Weihnachten.

Yes I have been forced to restsart building small res and com buildings, my oldest son helps me take care of that, he's a big help. Great, after many years i'm back on uru! i must say that the new movie studio is perfect, i can recreate every environnement existant on Eart..Uru (and the ones of genesis too).

First Thanks to all of you for the comments and New Year wishes. Second, Yes I know that it will soon be one year of this CJ's existance, but I cannot upload the images to another server, because of my connection ,knowledge and the lack of time. So for those who haven't read the beginning, you better do it now.

 

......Before you all think that I have died or even worse, gave up this Cj (lol), I better do an update.
Since almost three weeks now I have been very sick with some kind of a cold that ended up with a lung infection,fever,joint and muscle aches....and so on (you name it I had it). I am still a little feverish,so I won't be normal for the next week or so. That is the main reason why you haven't seen much of me on the site.

 

Here we go.

 

   Tragedy in Space,112 dead!

 

...Year 39 BN (before Nexis)...

 

That was the headlines in the Gloryville Tribune this week. Two days before the Rescueship reached the Space Station Nexis II Traveler for repairs, the Station crushed on itself just like an eggshell emptied with vacuum. The result was 112 confirmed deaths, many of our best scientists and other specialists. The death toll included famous personalities, such as Tim (54yo), the chief engineer and the official Director of the Nexis Corporation, Spave Division, plus another one we all know,Vatt (50yo), the Chief Scientist aboard and also the Director of the Genesis Science Center in Axis City.

7 people had the chance to survive using the escape pods and will be picked up in the next hours by the rescue ship, while they are still floating in Space, only a day from Verto, their destination. One of those seven survivors is Miss Evermind Wellwisher, the leader of this mission. Her husband in West Axis (Hawklyn Valley)was relieved to hear the good news, so were her twin kids.

 

It all began a couple of weeks ago, when the toilets weren't functioning normally,as we all know by now,and all of sudden the cage around these chambers seemed to have become very unstable, which even created a pressure on the outside shell of the Station. Then the section of the Station was locked up and secured and everything seemed to be stable at this time, but things became more complicated  about a day ago, when Tim, the chief engineer, saw a weak structure failure near the toilet chambers, which started to put a lot of stress and pressure onto the outer shell. Then it happened, the shell crushed in and it must have been impossible for the other departments to decompression and to balance the stress from the toilet chambers, and the whole ship crushed on itself within 2 minutes, just enough time for some to find the way to the escape pods.

 

A one minute silent Stand-up was held on the whole planet of Genesis and Uru, even the Gaburans sent their regards. May they be well remembered.Their corps will be collected in space and then with a honorable ceremony ,they will be brought to Gloryville's Graveyard, where they will rest in peace.

 

Just before the *Crush*, some close pictures of the green planet Verto have been sent to Genesis, shown below,which show a small growth vegetation. No water has yet been found and Genesis. Scientists and Biologists believe that only some moisture in the Atmosphere on the planet keep these plants alive.

Vallen Nexis , the Owner and CEO of the Nexis Corporation, has closed the project * Verto* for the moment, until it has been found out, what really went wrong with his Station. ..* Many more important things have to be done now, now that the Meteor Opall is less than 40 years from Uru*.. Vallen said in his press conference this morning,..* and this is what we will concentrate on now.*

As of today , the Stationary Space Station Nexis I in Genesis' orbit is put under a strict and detailed inspection, just in case.

Vatt, one of the losses of the Space Sattion accident, has invented something before that might be very useful for the safe landing on Opall, and Mr Joao Otavio , who is in Opall's orbit at this time, is working on this to have it ready within a week or so. Maybe Vatt will become a hero even after his death.....

 

Also two pictures of the crashed Space Ship were taking by the Station, from different angles, and it clearly showed that it is definitively the lost G-Spacer II vessel, that was reported missing many years ago, before Genesis even had been reached. I guess  that it will stay there for quite a while now, unless another project to land on Verto will be ordered.

Just to let you all know.....I heard on the news tonight (Gloryville Television) that Coarseville has had a terrible earthquake and all emergency units available on Genesis were rushed there to be of help.
I don't know more, but I will certainly keep you updated tomorrow, as soon as I have some pics and more detailed news from there.
They say that at least 400 citizens have died or are missing during the quake.........

RIP Vatt and Tim. The earthquake is bad, too.

But, we finally got to see Verto and what it's like. And we finally saw what really happened to that G-Spacer ship that crashed there a long time ago.
