The central building is housing the core of the central AI that controls the city (who needs mayors?), educational and emergency facilities, computerized communications, networking systems, health and child care facilities.

Due to another fire raging computer i'm only able to play SimCity since January. In the previous months i was struggeling with homework and participating in the university council. This is the first time a town has been succesfully erected. With my greatest pleasure. Hogersluis in the Northwestern Fenlands
