Schulmania Secret Subway

Schulmania is built on the principles of the "Roadless City" which utilises NAM Ped malls and subways.

This set of eight subways has been authorized by Her Royal Highness the Supreme Wirdle, the ultimate feline ruler,

of Schulmania, for general transportation purposes within her realm.

 

It includes the following eight variations:

Plaza with Circular Cobble Design

Grass

Plaza with Random Cobbles

Sandstone

White Pavement - matches sidewalk

Red Brick Cobbles

Military - Jumping Jacks

Military - Random Walk

 

To install, unzip and place in the C: Documents/Simcity4/Plugins folder.

To uninstall delete the entire folder from the plugins folder.

 

If any particular variations of the subway are not needed the appropriate *sc4lot file can be deleted.

DO NOT delete the *SC4Model or the *SC4Desc files.

 

These subways will show in your Misc Transport Menu.

They do not require water or power.

 

No external dependencies.

 

*For some reason the STEX will not let me upload, so until I resolve this issue, these subways will be a "Schulmania Exclusive".  I will also attach this file to a post on the first page of the topic so it can be found easily in future.

Aid to Schulmania

After an Emergency Session of the Congress of Mayors, the Region of York is honored to announce that we are increasing our financial contribution from $150 Million Simoleons to $210.5 Million. The Congress has also granted Refugee Status to all Citizens of Schulmania fleeing the violence ravaging your fair nation.

Since the Region uses the automobile, Refugees will be located inside our large metropolitan areas. They will be provided Transportation Vouchers which they can use for free unlimited access to:

• City and Interregional Bus Service
• Port St. Hewlett and Miranova Metro Subway Networks
• Ferries
• Rail Services (Note: Rail does not connect all major cities)
• Free or Reduced Taxicab Fares (Free Taxi to or from Airports or Hospitals ONLY)
• Reduced Air Travel (Citizens arriving from or departing to any destination in Schulmania will not be charged.)

Local resturaunts and entertainment venues will also provide reduced meals and tickets to any Refugee who can provide identification of Citizenship of Schulmania. Security will also be tightened across the region to prevent retailiation from Queensferry. Government Buildings, Airports, Landmarks, Skyscrapers, Transit Systems, Bridges, Tunnels, and Shopping Centers will be protected by military and police. Any suspicious activity will be dealt with immediately. If you are being threatened, or witness suspicious activity, call 1-400-232-3232.

This is actually one of the new technologies being developed to help defeat Queensferry and stop the BuggUla armies in their tracks.

The military versions, especially, are designed to provide "rapid transit" Schulmanian troop movement from place to place in Schulmania without being seen.    These little pieces of pixelated purrfection even have the ability to move troops over tile boundaries, anywhere within the entire region using the mysterious yet amazing powers of the yellow arrow.   How the yellow arrow actually works remains somewhat of a mystery, however all that we know, it that it does indeed work.

BuggUla should be very afraid,  very very afraid...

Why?

Schulmauckland has the BLaM Blank  all whopping 4.4 KB's of it.    It may be small, but do not be decieved!   In the right hands it is extremely powerful... especially when used by a determined ally, who also has other powerful software tools at their disposal...    SC4 Plugin Manager!  ...  Lot Editor! ...   LEProp!

Furthermore... the allied forces of Schulmauckland are not afraid to use these weapons against the evil forces of Queensferry!

FreewayofFlight We do appreciate your generosity. Schulmania will not be having any refugees. The impacted area has already been evacuated of all but military personnel. So, we expect low civilian casualties. And many civilians are much farther inland now, swelling some cities to many times their original size. Knoxvegas, for example, is now the largest city in the nation.

Hester It is very generous, And thankfully, our leaders' foresight allowed for the evacuation of the east coast, preventing a refugee problem.

Inventiveness!

So, the boys at the lab have been hard at work coming up with new stuff for us to use in the war against Queensferry. They have been analyzing samples brought to them of enemy technology, but have not yet reverse engineered what they received. So, the inventions they have come up with so far have not been too helpful in the war effort. Well, judge for yourself:

But, the good news is, no more fails getting the perfect Fancy Feast onto the plate...

And now our workers and students can all have perfect lunches... in hip and trendy style!

And, lastly, fabulous new vending options will pop up nationwide.

So, we have not yet made strides in weapons technology, but we have made strides in food technology. Wish the boys in the lab well on their quest to save us!

I wouldn't be so sure that those aren't beneficial for the military. The iLunch can meet the dietary needs of a soldier to keep them healthy. The vending machines can keep the soldiers' morales and happiness up with a good treat now and again. The fork... well, all I can say to that is... what happens when your lip touches the fan? Owww...
