i beleive it would be in the best intrest of the citezens of Virgin Shores if a new library were to be constructed. the design of the library can be of your choosing of course mayor, but as long as one gets built, we here at DHE would be very much pleased! you provide the library, we'll provide the books. as to the funding, why not auction off naming rights? we can't wait until the completion!

OK, I feel I must say something now. I have had a very limited amount of computer time lately, most of which has, unfortunately, not been spent in Virgin Shores. I am also aware that I am falling increasingly behind in replying to all your comments, but I will be addressing the ones that stand out as needing an answer over the next hour-and-a-half or so.

Also, glancing back over the last few days, I've noticed many people announcing candidacies for city council positions. Elections are not until January, and so, if you had read through the bulk of the thread (one of the two requirements to run for a position), you should know that nominations are accepted VIA PM the week before the election (January 8-14) so I can keep track of them. I appreciate the enthusiasm, but please hold off on election matters until January 7th. Thanks.

iam, like simsamerica part of your proposal hit's mine that i proposed all the way back on page 60, now the rest the area i have no say in development but a good part of that has development.

Also, Just Remembered Something I wanted to say the other day, NTQ, I didn't know about that proposal plus I made 2 proposals because I wanted a university and If one fell through I wanted a second option, besides that the one I prefered was the one in Neo Follomer, I found it as a better location, more rural and more room for development.

I dont know why but I have cable and it was way longer for me ( took 45 minutes to download that Airport Terminals thing, and I do Have Cable). Also though I never download more then one thing at a time.

iamccman, I would like to suggest moving your proposal over to oilville or possibly the new town, Neo Follomer, I think that if the DHE and along with the Department of Planning approved the University I proposed then new development would be good to have. Just giving you that to think about.

I meant that commenting has just slowed down recently, I had a pretty good felling that VS wasn't dead, I just felt that it got really slow and that...well...yeah it just has gotten kinda slow for this CJ, we average 10 pages a month (about). And to that DTP, I am in no way angry or anything at you, School has filled my week a nice chunk this week too (simtrop is one of the things important to me so I did find time to comment) and that has me a little stressed out.(ugh!)
