I've got a plan for West Shores featuring an extension of VS-2, residential, commercial, and a park to anchor the development. In addition, I also think the rail lines in pink should be sunken to get rid of dangerous crossings.

alright, good to see the hospital and schools get built (do you have an education and helath map?). as to the names, a contest is a good idea! while i only saw an elemntary school (which location i may add could not be more perfect!) but i would like to suggest that the name of the secondary school (high school) be named T. Master High School, after time master, the previous DEH.

I propose to add a 5 square Block of Residential to southern Virgin Shores on the Coast along with an Elementary School on the Southern point of current Virgin Shores about 2-3 Blocks Inland. This is primarily centered toward the Elementary School as I saw that that was the stupid part of town (Not your design DTP but the population) and I want it to be fresh area (as in the kids not being shipped somewhere in town already) along with it being filled, I also propose some commercial since there isn't any problem with it in the zoning and there aren't many jobs down there, somewhere on the edge or inside the residential, probably about 1-2 square blocks. For the Baseball Team and Stadium. Welcome to Lunchbox Inc. Old Refinery Stadium Home of your very own Virgin Shores Oilers. Just and Idea another is that the avenue could be Park Boulevard or thank Patricus for his service at the DOT and name it after him.

*Edit* Basically Ntq's with no park and the school at the current end of the Avenue. Say has anyone ever thought of having a town Hall? Just a thought.

i have a good size proposal for the resort district, im calling it the Resort District capital plan

Ok Now to explain!

Orange - What should become the General Cliff Line, Allowing for a more connected Beach.

Peach- A Beach Expansion

Green- Small - Medium Residential Development, most likly medium along the new beach front

Blue - Commerical Development

White - Avenue Expansion

Red Square- A Park

Red Line -  A Long path that leads from the End of the tile to the Road that the new Hospital Sits on, now i expect near or at the end of the tile to be a road, so at that road the path will start, there should be a good amount of area's to get on it, and it should have a good amount of Road and street crossings. Which i have outlined area's in Black where a street or Road corssing should be.

Also along that path or near it, it could be possible to have a avenue or road. Which the path should have many spurs to that road. The road could be right next to it, or 3 tiles away in most area's to allow for new development, which i would like.

this is also open to new hosptials and schools, and other civics.

Very beautiful dtp! Astoundingly gorgeous. I can see now you're focusing more on Urban beauty. Those retaining walls near the highway overpass look amazing realistic!

Everything looks very well managed, and I can tell there's going to be a bright metropolitan future for Virgin Shores.

IHG Building for Sale or Lease!

phoenix7: About sinking the rail line, I don't really think that's feasible right now, as development goes right up to the line, including part of downtown, so it would mean the demolition of a lot of buildings, so I think it would be best to leave it ground-level for now. Maybe in the future.

As for the development, I think it should do fine.

A new hotel is in the works for Aspen Park Downtown, along with this a new park is possibly in the works.
