OK, let's start with the boring part - Data Views!

Take note of the fact that the city is outgrowing the current healthcare and educational facilities.

Now the reason I am creating the DPS for the October elections is this data view we have here, and the graph below it. You see, now that there are 40,000 people in Virgin Shores, the lack of crime is not so anymore. In fact, the rate of crimes in the city is increasing exponentially! Whoever runs for DPS will need all the resources they've got to address that.

Note the Time Scale... VS was founded over 60 game years ago.

Now pay special attention to this one and the one above.  As you can see, the levels of health and education have slowly dropped over the past decade or so, and we need to fix that before it enters an irreversible downward spiral.

I think this, at least partially, comes with the aging population, as ilustrated below. The first generation of Virginites are all starting to retire now, and they're taking their health and knowledge with them.

Average Income and Life Expectancy are both declining also...

When I entered the city I was in for quite a suprise.... apparently the refinery burned down and I never even noticed...

So I built this... Virgin Shores' first Fire Department. Currently all volunteer, but that will change at the end of the month.

The only other things to show in Founders County are a DOT proposal, and sparrowsraven's Tulip Farm, because I left it out of 26a.

While in Oilville to build the new windmills so I could dismantle the temporary windmills by the refinery, ...

... I suddenly had the urge to superdetail! Resulting in a cosmetic overhaul of Oilville.

my last add.

But as you all know with my term i have taken all issues with energy, water, and trash pickup and have improved the area. I Made a garbage island offshore to handle our trash and ship it else where, i made windfarms to power the area, and ive made more pumps in the cleaniest of area's to give us water. Im proven, i have expirence, and i hope to come back to the virgin shores to serve the people.

The DOT approves the proposal mentioned, with a modification. I would like to have the avenue turn north after the first proposed intersection to end at the second proposed intersection, thereby increasing capacity.

un1: (How could you post while I was typing??? lol) So, you're running for Head of the Department of Water Resources?  I'm curious about one thing.  Where do you plan for any future water treatment facilities to be located?  In RL, some residents of would not be too happy about living right next to them, although I admit that I cannot speak for the citizens of VS.
