Slightly, smaller zoning 4x4 maximum as the Highrise innercity, repetition unavoiable aswell brownboxes; still very nice to see develope. Civic facilities like schools, parks, sport facilities or converence centers or a real mall to come, only zoning busines or industry mostly creates as above mentioned more of the same. Low zones reach for top scrapers, technicaly incorect still there are thos pencil tower wich only need ample space to grow. Bat´s not dissapearing use the ultimate demoltiion tool. Special city reward point or infuluence to develope by custom lots makes it some more nicer except offices, still consider jobs not reach for the ultimate final cap on these  !
