    And now, it’s the update’s time !

    ***************************************************************

UPDATE 16 – Alba Serena 2  aVVeNTuRa – Archipelago of Santa Esperanza

The archipelago of Santa Esperanza is composed of 5 large islands, and the main island is currently called Esmeralda.

    Rapid history of Santa Esperanza

The archipelago was discovered in 1825 by the great navigator Jean Neymar, who called initially the main island “Johanna”, first name of his wife. Jean Neymar governed during 52 years, then let the power to his son, Robert, who became the first king of the archipelago. He reigned from 1877 to 1923. Then it was his daughter, the Princess Rose, who reigned from 1923 to 1955. In 1955, an adventurer, Gerard Menvusat, arrives on the island and chase out the royal family. He changed the island's name for “Esmeralda”, first name of his wife, and reigned as a dictator until November 2008. Today, ill and ruined, he sold his archipelago to pay his medical treatment.

    ***********************

Many people dream to live on a beautiful and far tropical island. As I was needing a little country house, I was surprised to find one, in the small ads, for...... 8,500 $ !!! No hesitation, the house was correct on the picture, and I bought it immediately. It’s not exactely what I was searching for, but the price is very... nice !

    **********************

Three days later, I am on the Island of Esmeralda with my baggages, searching for the number 1, Flour Street. Curious name...

    esm001dv7.jpg

    esm003bc4.jpg

    esm016us8.jpg

It’s stunning to find this kind of architecture in this island. At this hour of the day there’s nobody in the streets, certainly because the temperature is very hot.

    esm004bf4.jpg

I leave the seaport, and the sailboat which brought me here.

    esm015hv2.jpg

There are many smart areas in this little city, and particularly the district of Hypertrophy where was built a great commercial complex, with the Cathedral of Commerce, the Golden Library, and many luxury resorts.

    esm002hq8.jpg

    esm014ee6.jpg

    esm013tr1.jpg

On the other side of the seaport are some very beautiful buildings, like the Esmeralda tower, the highest building of the island.

    esm007in3.jpg

There’s also the great cathedral of Santa Esperanza, a splendid religious monument.

    esm008fc0.jpg

And a little nice beach with palm trees, but no pelicans.

    esm026na2.jpg

I wonder who leads this country... There’s no indication about this on my tourist guide.

Finally, somebody indicates me where I can find the number 1 Flour Street. I have the curious impression that people have a strange expression on their faces when I ask them my way, but certainly I have a too big imagination.
Number 7, 5, 3... and 1. It’s here ! Er... it’s impossible, there’s certainly an error... This can’t be my house ? But yes, no doubt, it’s really here... I can’t believe it, I’m not dreaming, this is real... Wowww!!!!

    esm011rb9.jpg

    To be continued.....

I hope you’ve enjoyed. Thanks for your visit.

Excellent update, Twenty20. If I listed all the things I liked, my post would probably be longer than your update lol

My favorite parts are the marina and how the boats go right up to the other wall. It looks teriffic...

Also that last picture is incredible! Is that one big custom lot? The checkerboard grass pattern looks so awesome. Great job on everything

Thanks, I think too that some sun effects on the buildings make them more realistics.

    Jill Jacobs

Thank you ! your comment is very nice.

Don’t worry about the boat, it goes through the wall without damages.

The building of the last picture (my house lol) is not a custom lot, I’ve downloaded it ot the stex, but there’s no checkerboard grass patterns in the original, I made them.
