I've got an idea for SC5 (which, with the name of "Creations", will probably be as big a flop as Societies): if they incorporate Night View as in SC4, they ought to put the lighting – both the buildings, and the artificial lighting – at realistic levels, as you'll agree, SC4 is way too bright to be realistic...

Well, I've been taking several night-shots for my Cj recently, and this is the most recent one. It's not perfectly aligned, sadly, but I think it's still one of my better ones. No photoshopping beyond re-sizing it and rendering it a bit sharper:

Chinatown, San Francisco.  I photoshop - adjust contrast, add people/cars if needed.  Basically i take multiple picts and mix n match.
