Hey. I posted my region in an earlier post.

I like the way the region looks, but I always think it misses something.

I saw another guy's post of his region and I figured it out.

-The region view dosen't have night.

So I am in the process of creating a night region view pic

This is what I have so far...

Here's a couple from me.  I'm using the Day-Night mod now and while I LOVE the look it gives in day, the night is pretty dark now, maybe too much so.

only if i could post some night shots but my sim city 4 doesnt have light and i cant figure it out how to make them work(i did patching and all those stuff that people posted me on forums but nothing and i tryed re-install but still no succes )

Thanks zurrabear adn Muck308. but it might take me a while. My SC4 has a tendency of crashing at the highest zoom level. And it takes like ten minutes to load the game. Ill be sure to post more pics though.

Welcome to Simtropolis!

No need to worry. The larger cities with skylines like these will grow naturally once you develop larger parts of your region. Also, there are many people (including me) who love to see night shots of smaller cities, rural areas or detail shots as well. That's the great thing about SC4: It doesn't always have to be tall, big and bold. After all, it just has to be dark. I'm hoping to see some shots of your <10000 cities soon.

Great nightshot, zurrabear! I love the Bourse de Commerce by night. Also, the area really looks like a government district with all the highrises. Wonderful work.
