The first two screenshots look like miami/new york hyrbrids,  the second one especially reminds me of NYC.... Good positioning of those twin towers (btw, what's with the dilapidation behind them? ) Also I'd have to say my favorite is the inner city gateway, VERY nice!

Amazing City Journal! You spent so much time on this no doubt. Better then anything I have ever came up with. I've impressed myself in the past, but you just impressed me far further and i'm in awe right now if you cant really tell.

You use so much custom content too! A bullet train line(HSR Project?) and just everything looks like you created it without the game helping at all. (Trust me, with the game helping me, my cities looks like crap far more times then i would like.)

Update time!

Well, if you are unaware, The GTR is about to hit 1,000 replies!  To push it into the 4th digit, I have made a new video featuring GTR Highway 1, the region's superhighway.

The bulk of the highway was made before the latest version of the RHW came out, and thus most of it is made up of the normal highway, split up into a multi-highway configuration.  This gives it a width of 12 lanes throughout much or the urban area, enough to carry its loads with ease.  In strategic areas of the region, the highway will split up into two segments (express, or inner lanes, go one direction while the collectors, or outer lanes, go another).  This makes it easier for the highway to interchange with not only other highways, but with itself as well.
