Alright then... time for my next project.

What building is it then? This one should be easy to get...

This is actually going to be a bit of a quickie, more or less just a warm-up project. It'll probably be done in 2-3 weeks depending on how much stuff I have on. Either way, it's a seriously simple building to model.

Then it'll be on to my main project of 2012, more on that later...

Is this the AAMI one is Brisbane?? (Don't know the proper name of the building) If it is, are you going to do the small one in front as well?

Rodger's got it. Yep, it is that AAMI tower from Brisbane, or One Central Plaza. Just down the road from Comalco Place.

I'll be including the smaller bank section that's attached at the back of the main tower, but I probably won't be doing the smaller tower. It's separated from the main one by a thin street anyway.

One day's work on this so far, I'm off to take photos of the real thing tomorrow. The central section of the tower may look pretty mundane, but the base (especially the entrance) is really fantastic IMO. The way the roof is done is also pretty interesting too.

Nice. I look forward to the roof then Nearmap has got a good view of the roof in their latest one (7 Nov) and I can see that little street that separates the two buildings, I thought it was just a pedestrian walkway.

Hey everyone i've had problems with the night view of the simtropolis buildings that i've downloaded. For some reason night view lights don't apear on them when the changes from day to night. Please help.
