Nintendo wins, why? because they chose the bigger marketshare. it was like, they took a look at the pie and went home and made a bigger pie, and ate it themselves, Sony and Microsoft looked at the pie and divided it in half and ate their halves. Who got more pie?

I doubt anyone can beat the Wii, Nintendo has basically an infinite number of people to sell the console to, and they don't care if the hardcore gamers say "Eww, the Wii's hardware is so bad!", Nintendo just laughs and says "We don't need your money" because no one should care about what the hardcore gamers think, they should care about what the largest sector of the market thinks.

I like the Wii the best because of the controller options and the Virtual Console. 360 comes next, because of the Halo games and very high graphic quality. The PS3 pulls in last because of price, though it is a relative steal for blue-ray devices, and has very high graphic quality. (a typical blue ray player costs over $1000)

I own them all and the Wii gets the least play. The PS3 gets just a little bit more and the 360 is used every day.

I'm gonna have to say Xbox 360.. I used to be an avid PC gamer, but now that consoles are much easier when it comes to maintaining a certain standard and not having to worry about whether or not your machine can handle the game, I have stuck with them. I'll still play some on the PC, but if I want an action/flying/driving game, it's all Xbox. I used to want a PS2 when they were big because of the variety of games, but now that most games that used to be solely on PS2 are now coming out on Xbox 360, in some cases first, I've don't have a reason to. The Xbox 360 has far more featues than the PS3 can even touch, including the entire media interface and Xbox Live concept. I love being able to watch videos and listen to music from my computer right on my Xbox, it makes it so easy. As for the Wii, I haven't played one so I can't knock it. I've heard great things and it seems like a lot of fun, but I haven't had anything jump out at me to make me even interested. We'll have to see I suppose, I think it has a lot of potential.

The poll results are surprisingly even... the Wii is on top, surprisingly. I would've thought the 360 would be numero uno.

But... how the mighty Sony has fallen. The PS3 will pick up steam eventually, especially when Gran Turismo (insert large number here) and Final Fantasy (insert even larger number here) are released.

If I had to choose though, i'd say PS3... why? Well, money being no object, I know you'd all want one because it IS the better console...

Yet, money acctually being an object, I may just have to settle for a 360 just now... I want either a 360 or a PS3 for when our lord and saviour GTAIV is released to the public!!!

The Wii was cheap so it became more like a fashion accessorie, I know a few people who own the Wii and never play it... they just own it so they can say 'I OWN A WII' and relate to people...

Basically i go where my favourite game goes and though i have long been using Sony  Play station consoles, but since i found out Ace Combat 6 is released on the Xbox 360 first and factoring in the price difference between the 2 consoles i went with the Xbox360.

I find the Wii and the game it offers just not my cup of tea.

Most gaming though is on the PC, no contest on that one i'm sure.

I have gone down the PS3 road. Im not impressed by the games on the X Box (nothing on there i cant get on PS3 (and i dont like Halo)). The wii is fantastic for parties and multiplayer, but i cant imagine having serious gaming sessions with it.

Yeah, my mate has a 360... I played CoD3 on it and, needless to say, I was less than impressed by the Graphics. I don't like Halo either, I played it on the Xbox once and couldn't see what all the fuss was about.

BTW, just played the Crysis demo... whaa, i'd like to see the Wii handle that kind of game... lol.

A couple buddies of mine have the PS3. Funny thing is that they always come knocking on my door to play my 360. There is nothing wrong with the PS3. It just needs a few more good games to come out on it.

wii just cuz its a nintendo and i own every nintendo console (not handhelds) that were EVER released

and ps3 just because its the best. it has its flaws like every other console, but its still woth getting.

Great graphics quality thats better than the 360 (should the wii be mentioned? ) Proving my point. The PS3 uses a processor that can be used in supercomputers. Which is pretty freaken epic.

(I love how its been the exact same thing for two decades now) which the Xbox can't exactly say concerning the brick of last gen and Nintendo going from a lego to a remote control with fancy motion detectors. And nintendo going from. A plastic brick, to some spaceship looking thing, to a lego, to a remote control that doesn't look like a controller at all. I find it much easier to stick with sony.

$700 --> $450-550 ish. Not bad concerning that the Xbawkz is 300-400 ish

I have been a Sony fan from the beginning. When the XBOX360 came out I thought it would suck and I played Halo 3 and was amazed. Then the Wii came out and I was excited to play it. Then I actually played it. Stupid motion controls, inaccurate, clumsy and not that realistic. Not to mention th PS2 level graphics. I was epically disapointed. THEN I got a PS3 for Christmas and was swepted off my feet with perfect graphics, an excellent library of games and a sleek deign. I might be bias, but that's my opinion. And here's my ranks.

Well,

   The PS 3 not only plays excellent games you can watch blu-ray movies.Now the Xbox 360 will someday be a excellent console once they fix that ring of death and add blu-ray.

    Last is the WII it's a good console but geared towards families who don't want to spend the afternoon killing people or blowing up stuff.
