I am willing to pay  20.00 per building if you can fulful this list or at least  one of them.. i'll pay you. how we would  do it is , you make one of these buildings , show me the screenshot when its done and then i will Pay pal you the cash , then you send me the file , after that you can feel free to post on the exchange for others to enjoy... okay heres the list!!

15 bucks...bwahahahaha.

Buildings like that take over an hour to make (some may take several, in fact) and a measly 15 bucks just isn't going to cut it. Besides, I don't think any BATter is going to sink that low to make a few bucks; most people have a higher price than that (if they're willing to sell themselves at all...).

Go take your 15 bucks, and post these requests into the official BAT request thread. Thank you!

I don't know about you Dusktrooper, but BATs for me take more than "several hours" 

But anyway, it's part of the terms of use for the programs that you do not make any money off of anything that you do with them.

i raised it to 20 , i dunt see what the big deal is , your making these for free anyways as a hobby why not make a little cash from doing requests for your talents.  And as far as it being wrong to make money off bats.. simtropolis as a site sells cds with bats all the time .  me paying for a couple buildings is the same is if i purchased one of the simtropolis cds

hey guys remember this one guy who came in the forums several months ago and offered to pay 20 bucks or something to make buildings? here is something priceless if u want those buildings learn how to BAT there are many tutorials on BATting and using the custom content tools such as SC4BAT n such

have u made one before? this kinda skill does not come out of a cracker jack box and pays 20 bucks for several hours spent working on just one building. as ppl have mentioned it before place ur request in the BAT request thread.

Theknight13, that is a very low offer for a project that big. One of these buildings would take days for most 3D modeler’s to do accurately. Payment for a project this big would be in the hundreds if not thousands. Maybe you can ask around the Turbosquid forums but be ready to shell out the big bucks.

If you don’t want to learn how to BAT get a trial version of Sketchup because you can find Qwest, Wells Fargo and the LDS Building there. Simply export them as a .3ds file and import into BAT. Simple and free.

Well thanks for making me feel like a complete idiot..... hope ur happy i feel like crap now.... i knew people were doing them for free on this forum , i just wanted to give something back to the people who made all these great buildings.  i could just make a free request but i want to pay for them.  im sorry 20 is all i can afford. im not good with the bat program  i dont have the talent for it.  but its okay , just wish you guys in the future can just not respond if your not interested instead of making me feel like a dofus.

Sorry man but ,i Know where your comming from with that ,its the one of the reasons im learning the bat . I been at it a week and made a few bits of nothing,just open the bat make an explosion ,re-open and make another,follow the tutorials , then go make another explosion , and retry the tutorial ,it takes time its  pretty complex stuff but it does start to make sense after many hours of experimenting , gmax as an awesome help file , and a small maxis one and the stomnibus ,combined with the forums even an old fool like me can get to learn it . When i can make them in a hour i will donate some to you ..

Definatelly Mixture! the key for good and EFFICIENT design is finding right tool for each job! One thing you can forget completelly about is editable mesh, but splines and Editable poly are your best friends in Architectural modeling!

I dont know how to BAT, but if I did................. I would want a typed 20 page contract, within 15 minutes, no later, and with a 100%gurantee that you will pay me.  For each minute you hold me back I charge 35, 20 plus 15, which were your original offers, dollars for the first minute you hold me back and 15 more for each additional minute. On time or not, either way from me, your going to get ONE crappy BAT.  Which means Youlose both ways.
