Congrats on the best New York recreation ever, in a CJ that isn't even about New York. 3.gif

I don't know how you do it, but you do it incredibly well.

Looking forward to the next update! 4.gif

Those two cities alone are some of the most accurate and beautiful representations of real cities that I have ever seen! Truely outstanding! One presumes you are only making cities that have the landmarks included in the game and those that are on this site. I'd love to see a recreation of places like London and Sydney just to see how you do it 3.gif

    LONDON

Established by the Romans in AD 43 on the River Thames, London is the 2,000 year old capital to the United Kingdom and England. London is currently the most populated city in the European Union with an official population of 7.6 million. It is the home to the House of Parliament that seats the Government of the United Kingdom and residence to the Queen of England. London is one of the world's leading business, financial, and cultural center and is a global influence in politics, education, entertainment, media, fashion, and art. London is a busy tourist destination, and is well known for its black-taxi cabs, red double decker buses, busy underground tube system, and iconic landmarks like Big Ben, Tower of London, and the London Eye. With its share of bad luck, including numerous invasions, The Black Plague of 1665, Great Fire of 1666, The Blitz, and terrorist bombings, London's future now seems bright, with the 2012 Olympics bringing along new construction/ redevelopment projects and rise in population.

Tower 42 is the tallest skyscraper in the Square Mile, London's oldest and most modern section. It is located on 25 Old Broad Street, hovering 183 meters above the Business Center of London. The building was designed by Richard Seifert and was built by John Mowlem and Company between 1971 - 1979, opening in 1980. Tower 42 was an extremely controversial building at the time of its construction, as it was a major departure from the previous restrictions on tall buildings in London. Today it is a major general-purpose office building occupied by a variety of companies.

The Palace of Westminster is where the two Houses of Parliment of the United Kingdom [house of lords and house of commons] meet to conduct their business. The Palace of Westminster is located on the north bank of the River Thames in the borough of City of Westminster. The Victorian Gothic Clock Tower, known as Big Ben, but officially known as St. Stephen's Tower, is also located here. St. Stephen's Tower is 96 meters high and was designed by Charles Barry after the fire of October 16, 1834. Today, It is London's most iconic landmark and a busy tourist attraction.

The British Airways London Eye was completed in 1999 and opened to the Public in March 2000, and was the largest observation wheel in the world until the opening of the Star of Nanchang in May 2006. The London Eye stands 135 meters high on the western end of Jubilee Gardens in the South Bank of the River Thames. The Wheel is one of the busiest attractions with almost 8.5 million people having traveled on it in the first 2 years. It's an excellent way to see the city, and many of London's landmarks can be seen from the capsules.

The O2 a.k.a Millennium Dome is a large dome shaped building on the Greenwich peninsula in south-east London. The dome was constructed to hold a major exhibition celebrating the beginning of the third millennium, which opened on January 1, 2000 and ran until December 31, 2000, however, it did not attract as many visitors as anticipating, leading to financial problems. There are plans to re-use the Dome for many indoor sporting events of the 2012 Summer Olympic Games.

London is known for having clean-cut neighborhoods with stunning architecturally rich terrace homes.

King's Cross is a large railway station in the district of Kings Cross in northeast central London. It is the southern terminus of the East Coast Main Train Line and is adjacent to the Midland Main Line terminus of St. Pancras station, which looks more like a castle than a railroad station. There is a new terminus being constructed within St. Pancras and Eurostar trains will arrive there later this year, completing Stage Two of the Channel Tunnel Rail Link project.

Canary Wharf is a large business development in London, located on the Isle of Dogs centered around in the London Docklands. Canary Wharf contains the United Kingdom's three tallest buildings: One Canada Square, HSBC Tower, and the Citigroup Centre. The plan for Canary Wharf was first developed on July 17, 1987 when Olympia and York Canary Wharf Inverstments and the LDDC signed the Master Building Agreement for the 12.2 million square feet £3 billion international financial centre. Today, It is London's busiest financial center along with The City of London Centre.

Battersea Power Station was first in the series of coal-fired electrical plants set up in England as part of the National Grid power distribution system. It was designed by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott [he also designed the red telephone box, Liverpool cathedral and the now Tate Modern Art Gallery]. The first part of the structure was built in 1939. Today, The Battersea Power Station stands empty with little - no plans of redevelopment or restoration due to its poor location in a R$ section of London.

London's looking pretty swell, hot dogs. But do you actually recreate the entire city, or do you just build specific parts of it? Since you don't really zoom out on the shots. But I think I'm the only one that notices these things. 2.gif
