Very realistic looking college campus and neighborhood, I like it alot!  and Stillwater is a good name for a college town since that is where Oklahoma State University is located.

The Construction Process

Land was cleared to make way for the new airport. Hundreds of acres were cut down in order to build this airport. The cloverleaf connecting Ponderosa Parkway and University Avenue replaced the small T ramp.

As the runway and terminal areas were being built, parking lots were being paved. The construction team also built two heavy duty parking garages that fit many cars!

As construction wrapped up and the airport was almost ready to be used, an industrial park was built, and this is the area where cargo is checked by Customs before it is loaded on the planes for takeoff. This industrial park also manufactures and fixes plane parts.

Also notice the new ramp on Tamarack Boulevard, connecting the airport neighborhood.

Commerce has been booming since this airport was built. One noticeable change is seen just south of Ponderosa Parkway in Stillwater!!

Yay! New airport! So... Where are the protesters? Gotta be protesters... Ah, forget them anyway. I used to live less than a mile from the Northern Kentucky International Airport and I loved all the planes flying around.

However, I didn't so much like the plane de-icing runoff in our creek... Turned it lime green in the winter.

Tamarack, Forest County

Tamarack is just like Ponderosa, but a little smaller. The city has a nice downtown, with quaint suburbs. It is located in the middle of Highway 107 and Ponderosa Parkway.

Downtown

Downtown is a historic place, with an old church, theatre, and office complex.

Tamarack Theatre has many plays, shows, and concerts all year round.

Suburbs

Tamarack has suburbs similar to Ponderosa. Very uniform, European looking.

Here is the exit for Tamarack (City Avenue) off the Ponderosa Parkway!
