I think your storyline is enjoyable... my favorite, though, is the zoomed out view over the city inthe first pic (along with the graphic) - stunningly realistic, and you make it look so effortless. Great job.

At least only one city was wrecked. Good use of the battle-lot-thingys

Freaking sweet. Sakhaliya would also like to join the PSSO and ship some more 'suited' military hardware... instead of that Western imperialistic garbage 3.gif

FF, good surprise. Nicely thought out.

The republican forces were lucky, in that area, there was no Joint IPON Force units to help them out, only aircraft flying from Yemen, but there was no need for such. No Khaled is stable.

Liberty Islands welcomed the Emir's decision. We hope that now the Colonel can give his rule true legitimacy by democratic progress. And the Ministry of Education is already working on plans for our new university branch in Abha city.

And again, Frogface, another update no worse than any other, even bettar than those! Of course, we will need those nice lots with those funky soldiers. 4.gif

Good ol' Liberty Islands! Someday, I'll repost my old CJ.

That was an amazing update. The city itself looked great, and very realistic for an Arabian city. I loved the shots with tanks and troops moving along for some unknown reason. The fighting really escalated, making the experience exciting. With the threat of the Emir out of the way, I'm eager t see how the Colonel manages things and builds up the country.

An interesting twist to the history of Khaled. I thought for a moment the cj could have turned into a civil war cj. That would have actually been pretty cool, I wonder if someones ever done that before?

also it would be great if you could release those lots, I'm sure lots of people would like to use them

thanks

Very nice fighting sequence, so realistic looking. I can't wait to see how the country will look in the coming years after becoming an official republic

OMG...you would be interested in giving those away??? I WOULD LOVE THEM. I am working on something new (if you could not tell lol) and would love to have them for some role-play stuff. Anyway great update, I loved the pic that was although far out, showed the minimal damage to the city. You always have the most outstanding updates, and they are always so full of detail and are very well put together. Great work Frogface!

Finally reaching the ruins at last after a long journey

    rui13.jpg

    rui15.jpg

Location of the ruins on the edges of Khaled City, though not that far away the roads going there are not so developed which makes for a long journey, however a new road is under construction which should improve things in future.

    Replies:

Callbat:Thanks, I wil try to get them uploaded soon 9.gif

cjman:Thanks, I try to get each region with its own style, the eastern region here is a lot greener due to the high altitude of the Khaledi Highlands

ky72x:Thanks, it was a quick victory for the Khaledi army thankfully!

Yoman3:Thanks, lol well unfortunately it means less action 3.gif the KHaledi government welcomes any kind of support! you wouldn't happen to have any T-90s lying around too would you? 3.gif

panthersimcity4:Thanks, indeed shame about the collateral damage but the army wanted some nice explosions for the propaganda effect! 2.gif

    CarmineHilton:Thanks!

jayo:Thanks, yeah a shame to destroy the city once I'd made it! but oh well 3.gif

    Benedict:Thanks!

hamsterTK:Thanks, it wasn't based on any particular historical event but there probably could be some parallels 2.gif

nazaguy:Thanks, only the one city affected but not good for the residents!

Simfan34:Thanks, its the end of an era, but could it be the beginning of something new ? 2.gif

El Burro:Thanks! the army has been rearming with new equipment so anything is welcome 9.gif

bokrif:Thanks, this operation has meant that the KHaledi army has been able to prove itself in combat

next update will focus on more of the political process in Khaled 2.gif

Abha city is nearly complete so I will show that soon and the new campus for LI, that means there will be three universities in total for this city!

2nerdy4u:Thanks, now that peace has come this could mean that there is more development, but on the other hand every regime needs its enemies to keep its hold on power so this might not be the end 2.gif

Excellent, I love the whole taxi tour thing!

I also love how the general's face is plastered everywhere, I smell some hot, delicious American intervention on the way! 17.gif

edit - you know instead of just showing off your BATs like this you could just upload them 3.gif
