Tiffany's house sure is small. But all in all, that really doesn't matter. Senor Sim is a much better match than Larry. Hopefully he will start to see her real feelings soon, or else this story ain't going to have a happy ending.

Bumped from the depths of the 5th page!

WOW!!  Sorry I didn’t update Valentine’s Day (like I was supposed to)!  You thought you’d never find out what happens to Señor Sim, didn’t you?  I’ve combined parts III & IV into one part, so we can get this little cheesy mini-series over with. 

RECAP for those who didn’t see the first two parts and are too lazy to go back and read them:  Wealthy businessman Señor Sim has a secret admirer, Tiffany, from a hole-in-the-wall diner he visits.  Larry from nearby Larry’s Diner takes an unwanted interest in Tiffany.

In the first picture...I notice you have a gigantic variety of small commercial shops.  How did you do that?  Is that the work of a No-Maxis mod, maybe a bit of lot editing, or is that just AK-like me-tic-ulous...ness...?  Either way...I wish I had that much variety in along my avenues, but usually all I get are basic Maxis 1x2 shops .

Not that I'm an expert, but that looks like a really well done tropical coast!  Nice and sun-bathed with crystal clear water and those reefs...it'd be nice to take a trip there for Spring Break!  Well...the land in the middle is really mossy and green...or maybe that's just the shadows doing that?  Not sure...

Anyways, nice update!  Guess we'll have to suffer for a week or two while you're gone...have fun !

Mas has a great point about those shops. I guess it's because there's a good amount of CS$ buildings in the mix. I usually don't like them to grow, so I put their taxes to the maximum levels. Good ending to the story, Twiggy! I sure liked it a lot. The teaser looks awesome! Can't wait to see the whole package.

I have to say, Spring Break sure is quite early for a lot of people. But anyway, I do hope that your vacation is very enjoyable!

well, as I said in your CJ, those are actually mostly Maxis    I am ashamed.  But I wanted a nasty ugly look if that tells you anything.  I plopped all of them.  Took a while, as you can imagine, but well worth the effort I think, at least you get variety that way.  Yeah, the greenness the olympic terrain mod... Yeah, my spring break was really early!  It was still cold where I live the week I was gone, so I was all "haha it's warm where I am!" to my friends.  I'm cruel I know   I'm glad ya liked the commercial buildings and ending to the story
