Clearly you don't know rhetoric when you see it.

Hello every one, I just noticed that I had 499 posts and thought that I'd make my 500th post here as this is where I made one of my first posts. 39.gif  I'll have a cup of tea please, milk no lemon or sugar.

Hmmm, 500 post in two years, I better stop talking so much!17.gif

    Hello, FanG.

Funny how we seem to "pop up" in the oddest places, ins't it.  Congratulations on your 500th post.  That certainly is a milestone of sorts.  One of these days, I'm sure I'll hit a 1000 posts here at ST -- one of these days...

Hello, All Residents of the Moose Factory.

It has been some time since I've had the pleasure of visiting this wonderful establishment.  I see it hasn't lost any of its "pizazz" or up-beat style.

Oh, Barkeep?  I'd like an orange juice and club soda, if you would be so kind.

So, what wonderfulness shall we discuss on this beautiful January day?

-- The price of tea in China?

-- The fate of the polar bear in the Arctic?

-- Start a dissertation on President Bush's State of the Union address last night?

OOPS!!  That's already been "done to death" by the network journalists...

              3.gif

Time permitting, I believe I will find myself visiting this fine B&G.  Cheers to all and have a wonderful day!

    Regards,

    Vandy

Hi, Vicki, congrats on your 200th post.  Have a chilled glass of Veuve Cliquot on the house.

Vandy:  Scintillating conversation has been missing since you don't drop in much.  Here's your fizzy O.J.

Considering the fascinating passages that have been exchanged here lately, I am offering a glass of ginger ale with a cherry in it to anyone who wants one.  Please return the plastic horsefly hung on the edge of the glass.

Hi Vandy & N_O_Body! I have that glass of Veuve Cliquot now, if you don't mind - when I dropped by before it was only 9:30 AM in my part of the world, which is just a little early for me!

    Urg...

I've been home sick all day. I've got the virus that's going around school. I'm feeling a bit better though and will be there tomorrow.

Sorry, Vicki, if I had realized that, I could have topped it up with orange juice to make an Orange Blossom.  Wonderful with breakfast.

Nerd_Guy:  Be a good boy and stay off one more day.  You may still be contagious.

    Nerd_Guy:  Stay home one more day . . . . extended weekend!  3.gif

N_O_Body:  The 2,000th post / five year anniversary party is over.  I'll clean up, if you'd like.

Oh, and here's an interesting tidbit:  Labatt USA, the brewer and seller of Labatt Blue, Blue Light, and Nordic is moving its corporate headquarters to the Key Center right here in Buffalo, NY.  The Buffalo, Niagara Falls, and Rochester region is one of Labatt's largest selling areas by volume.  4.gif

Well I went to school today, and threw up in Language Arts... I'm home now.

    I have good news though!

My cousin Tony Oller, who lives in Houston, is an actor and has just landed himself the lead role (a high-schooler named Danny Cannon) in a new Disney show called "When the Bell Rings". The european version (which may not have the same name) is extremely popular. It's going to start out as a 5 minute segment between shows and then a full length one. His agents predict huge success.

My cousin will be famous!!! w00t!

Well, that's too bad, Leech10.  If they get it, they can go throw up all over Nerd_Guy.  Some people go to work too soon, and are still sick or carrying something contagious, eh Nerd?

Lauren: I have plenty more diborane where that came from, so make sure you read the rules.

    Brian: Oh! Fireworks!

*They order a bunch of food*
