When the paths do not match the entry exit numbers in the path, using the draw paths cheat in game those paths flash red-white-red-white etc.

Is this meant to happen or just a useful glitch?

The file will not work on a Mac - so Mac users, unfortunately you're limited to the standard set of

cheats. See page 3 of this thread for more details:

Or you could download the blackbeard casino, I dont remember the file name. But if you find it all you have to do is place it in your city, play in cheeta for less than a min and you have over a trillion or more, depending on long you keep it there. When you have what you want delete it.

With the binutils package, it is possible to extract symbols from an EXE. May be, these extracted functions may be enhanced with some assembler code. Does anybody know how to link them into a DLL plugin? Im trying to find a solution to add more menus and more different trains to the game. I found out where and what there has to be added (quite simple!). But I cannot enhance the EXE because if some code is insered somewhere, the positions of jump instructions must all be changed (thousands if not millions).

If I could link a single extracted function into a DLL, that would be much easier.

Created for those SimCity fans (like myself) who miss the old $500,000 cheat for SimCity 2000 and other big money cheats. Also created for those who (again, like myself) go bankrupt a lot and or would like to not worry about money.

This file is a compressed ZIP file. Move the extracted folder "Simolean Valley" to "...My DocumentsSimCity 4Regions". Once in SimCity 4 Rush Hour you can either load the entire "Simolean Valley" region or you can import one of it's $1 trillion cities into one of your existing regions.

Please note: SimCity 4 Rush Hour stores user's Regions and Cities in the "My Documents" folder NOT in the SimCity 4's program folder! SimCity 4 Rush Hour is also called SimCity 4 Deluxe. This region may not work for plain SimCity 4 or on operating systems other than Windows, I could not try those set-ups. Hope you enjoy the money in SC4!

THIS DOES NOT WORK.

The .dll file was placed in the My Documents\SimCity4\Plugins and the game will not load...

OR... when I take the .dll file out of that DIR the game loads fine (simcity 4000)...

but when I press, ctrl alt del (taskmanager, temporarily getting out of the game)....then placing the simcitymoneycheat.dll (or whatever its called) Simcity 4000 shuts down immediately.

Point is.. the money cheat .dll file doesnt work at all.. and it sucks! (sucks that it dont work that is)

Because I really need alot of money in my city!! Im about $90,000 in debt every month

If its just a cash flow problem you might want to look into "Nexis Illegall Plantation V2". As mayor I am sure sure you can get your city politicians to see it your way and allow these special farms to help fill your cities funding short fall.
