Yes there is a cheat for raising the RCI demand for commercial and industrial. Go download it at Modds & Downloads. Find the Radical Ordinance Mod. When the demands of commercial and industrial is risen, the demand of residential also raises. That mod also includes other stuff.. Go see!

I'm able to see the list when i click the right button on the cheatbox, but i don't really know what some of the cheats do, and so when i type them, nothing really seems to happen. Some of the cheats i am afraid that if i press enter, i would cause my system to crash. Can someone put a readme here or something? That would be really helpful. Thanks.

A lot of them nobody knows what they do. The important one are

Building plop: It show you a list of all items entered in your plugins file plus all maxis buildings. This tool is great for testing out new downloads to see how the work and look plus it give you the option of just plopping anything where you want it.

Lot plop: Same function as building plop.

Moolah: Alows you to enter a dollar amount and then recieve it as you bank roll.

You don't deserve it: allows you instant acsess to all reward items instead of having to wait and earn them.

Fight The Power: Gives you free electricity.

How Dry I am: Gives you free water.

The sea level cheat just sets the hieght of the sea from the base of the city "tile", nothing else

So it raises the sea and NOT the terrian, leaving the land undestroyed! Thx

If you raise the sea level above buildings,networks, etc. you get underwater building/networks.
