Wow, Schulmericho looke excellent! Nice use of Vanderaap's buildings, they look great all bunched up togrther like that. The tiles also match the buildings, which I think is a nice detail. Keep up the awesome work!

Hello, Schulmanator.

I see that you've posted another very nice update in a corner of Schulmania far, far away.  (My apologies for not being able to make "rolling, Star Wars like text "for the above statement.)  Some comments for you:

I've always been fond of this corner of the region and am quite happy to see the Lake George colonists finally having success in settling the area.  I am quite glad they have been able to overcome their adversities and finally become prosperous in their land.

Very nice use of city walls to protect the village.  I am quite impressed with your placement of them.  Tell me, who's walls and towers are they?

I am quite taken by your very effective and very nicely placed "Dutch Village Church" by haarlemmergold.  It is a beautiful model on a well done lot and you've used it in a very wonderful and beautiful way.  I very much like your setting with parks and commercial properties.  Quite well done, my friend.

I also like your use of pedestrian tiles for the village streets.  It is quite nice to see so many people walking around and not having to worry about being run over by a vehicle.

Memorial Square is quite well done, Bruce.  You've really created a very nice, very compact, very lovely village here.  Well done!

Abcvs The pigeons are CRAZY! The cats just use the stairs, come out the steeple windows, and then it's CHICKEN KING FOR CATS! Poor Fluffy had so many pigeons for lunch she could not fit in the window to go back down... they had to call the fire department!

Vandy Thanks again for visiting. Always a pleasure when you drop by. I am glad you like the new style of building. The walls are kwakelaar's AD 1100 Castle Set - on the STEX & LEX. It includes the towers as well - I think they are a great fit for the Dutch themed town, too. The pedmall tiles are essential in preserving the look. I wish I could have done the whole town that way - but then no residential would grow. I have plans for Schulmericho, too. It should be pretty cool when the master plan is initiated! I am glad that you like Memorial Square. That's the centerpiece of town. The next few updates will look at the fortifications, financial district, commerce and of course residential zones as well. So, plenty more for everyone to see of this new town!
