Final Installment

 

To celebrate this special event, the citizens of Schulmania have raised an infinite amount of money to grant the Supreme Wirdle her greatest wish. She lives and hunts in the heart of a town – one that continues to grow. She needs a new hunting ground, full of succulent game, waiting to be caught. Civic leaders have devised a plan so bold in its scope and complexity that there is not a developed site big enough for the proposed residential compound. Showing their extreme satisfaction with and gratitude toward their beloved leader, it was decided no expense would be spared. The proposed development would either displace an entire town or be built on the edge of the nation. Let’s see the home and grounds the people are offering the Supreme Wirdle.

 

As you can imagine, the Supreme Wirdle is an indoor-outdoor kinda gal. So, her home needs to offer great hunting and sunning spots outside as well as fine windowsills and entertaining areas inside. This spectacular proposal offers everything a cat could want – and more!

 

First, you approach the compound from the front gate.

                                                                                                                         

There are other gates along the front, since cats often do not travel in straight lines. Many of the paths meander, offering great strolls and prey stalking routes.

 

One could follow the path from the front gate right to the house.

 

But, if you did, you would miss out on the fabulous grounds and terrific hunting. The manicured grounds and lush plantings provide ample homes for small prey. The plazas provide sunning room and the trees provide great climbing sites. A true feline friendly environment.

The main walkway features elegant statues and charming fountains.

 

 

                                                                                                                                    

And great places to stalk your prey.

 

                                                                                    

The garden/hunting preserve are flanked by meandering “admiration terraces” where commoners can come and observe the Supreme Wirdle in action and for petitioners to wait for an audience in the main house. Accommodations are complimentary for all of her subjects.

 

 

 

Let’s take a closer look at the admiration terraces. The gently undulating façade reminds one of the stealthy movements of the cat.

 

 

 

 

Let’s approach the main house. Here’s the welcome mat (you may have to squint to make it out)

 

 

The Supreme Wirdle would work from an office facing the garden.

 

The home itself would feature an East Wing and a West Wing fronting a sunny terrace, prefect for cat naps on a nice day.

Zelgadis The main difference is that L-16 was a bit stoopid (his main hobby was working with locks, not running the state) and MA was, shall we say, a bit on the haughty side. NO ONE in pre-Revolutionary France would want either of them on their lap. But, there's not a Schulminion around who would not want a petting session with the Supreme One. That, and her 1.63% tax rate, make her invulnerable to any sort of discord.

Some of the most realistic and fast masters of the drawn image currently practicing their craft in Schulmania include Messrs. Eastman Kodak, Nikon Kulepics, Cannon Shureschott and Pan O. Ramic. Perhaps you have seen their works?

Bakercity I wonder how she will build a complex on Schulmanicus - it is nearly full of towns already. Perhaps she will clear one out for redevelopment. Or, move to a new site.
