Eggie: thank you, to alter graphic effects I use photoshop, please look at the previous"replying to your comments" to a reply I made to Crazychickensc 12 on how to edit the pictures, it really pays off2.gif.LOL, don't be jealous, Batavia is a great cj too.

    Waz_Up_Tiger: Thank you

Jaquilina: Thanks very much jaqui, you'll be pleased to know that I have developed one of my rural areas with inspiration I took from Paradise falls, when completed I will show it in one of my updates.

Cjah: hehe, mate I know which one you're talking about, that Korean BAT by the marina. Oh yes that gave Bostalk much fame,  the good all days heh? Thanks for the comment.

RushHourFreak: LOL, what a coincidence; the way I came up with the name Casanares was by changing the name of the Canary Islands (Canarias) I just came up with the name simultanously and yeah it is a good name. Oh yeah Casanares is certainly my own little utopia, everything is perfect  (only kidding3.gif). Thanks very much.

SpecialEddie: Hey Eddie, those lots were made by Fukuda and they're found on the Stex (search by Vizcaya) Oh wait Fukuda himslef already beat me to it, lol. thanks very much for the amazing comment. (I laughed at the comment on Simgoober's adult factory18.gif), cheers!

Yoman3: Wow thanks, I'm also editing Ankara's embassy in LE, I'll be needing a flag soon though. Thanks mate.

Crazychicken: Jeez, thanks so much for putting Casanares in your sig, I feel honoured. Thanks ever so much for that. Thanks for the comment too1.gif.

    Pepsi: thanks a lot.

Going2Chicago: Hey dude, I didn't know Simbgoober had withdrawn the heliport, that's a shame really.thanks very much for that amazing comment. Glad to know you enjoyed my last update.

    Leech10: Thanks

sephaistos: Wow what an awesome comment, some pretty high praise. Thanks so much for that. It makes me really happy. And welcome to Casanares39.gif

    gerAndi: Cheers andi. 4.gif

Fukuda: Thanks for telling Eddie about the BAT. it is a great BAT by the way, you're quikly becoming one of the most accomplished batters of the simworld

Aleko: Hey mate, welcome to Casanares, hehe yeah my country is in South America, amazing continent isn't it. Yeah we can set up diplomatic relations, that would be great. Thanks for the great comment.

    Tommy_Vercetty3: Thank you.

ilikiehotdogsalot: No problem (about the link) and thanks for the great comment, I'm glad my last update didn't disappoint. I hope you like my next update.

I am so sorry for the lack of updates, almost a week without an update, that's never happened before but I've been so busy with my studies, it takes up most of my time and the little free time I get I use to relax, I hope you can all understand. Well for today I prepared a quick update with a newspaper to compensate (you'll be pleased to know that Update 11 is already finished and I will hopefully post it by the Wednesday or Thursday.

    Update 10:

    Urban Nature, literally.

Today we will be taking a look at one of Santa Eufrasia's major geographical features and one of its greatest assets, it's lush mountain range and the areas that surround it.

But before that, I have a little suburban recreational area to show you as well as some of the few slums that still remain in the capital.

    stadiumcopyis6.jpg

Some slums, or at least if it resembles a slum

This is the first time I've showed parts of the city's western business district, well enjoy it

Here's the big bonus, PetroCas Refinery (state owned), The city's smallest refinery provides thousands of jobs. It's carbon emitions however, pose a dire effect of the surrounding environment, the government is currently making plans to close it, trying to find other ways of generating clean energy.

Wow really nice update! I really like the western business district and those mosaics ugly?!?! Never! Also I'd like to thank you on behalf of all the commitee for taking part in the bidding for the firts Simlympics, it was a really hard and close decision for us all to make. Your city is in my opinion an ideal location for a Simlympics and I hope to see it there someday! Also thank you for all the pictures you showed the commitee, you put alot of effort into your bid and it was very much apreciated. Thanks again!
