I love Google's new satellite feature!

Your re-creation has been a great source of inspiration to me, as I am embarking on a real-city project of my own. It won't be quite as painstakingly scaled and accurate as yours, but you've certainly shown me how to get the job done.

This is just a preview of the next area I'm going to be working on. Located in Northwest Edmonton between the developed area of the city of Edmonton and the St Albert city limits. Mainly mixed industry, spots of small forrested areas, and some farms.

    Edmonton May10/05

I altered some path lots I found on STEX to have a simpler look. And then added them to Coronation Park as a test. They should be a good addition to areas of the city. Heres a look at the third attemp at Coronation Park with it looking better each time.

    Edmonton Mountain Biking

I was out with a couple of friends today Mountain Biking. I thaught I would take a few pictures of a small part of the river valley and downtown. There are some better pictures of a trip I did last year on page 10. I go out 3 or 4 times a month each summer. Sometimes taking pictures like these. Enjoy.

    Hey Dan,

I love what you did for corination park! Looks so much more realistic with the diagonal paths. Also I love the pictures of Edmonton in spring I wish Regina looked so nice, oh well. Maybe soon, anyway good luck and good thing you didn't fall on your biking this time, not so embarassing1.gif3.gif

    Great job

I've done some work in the Rosslyn area in Northern Edmonton (just north of the airport). The area has a couple of parks and green areas north of the landing strip at the City Center Municipal airport aswell as R$$ Housing. Heres a small preview of the area that needs alot of work. The Grand Trunk Pool and Arean are unique buildings but dont look like the Imax I used for there recreation. So those will be one of the first things I replace when I find the right building for the job.
