the Building is the Sung Hung Kai Centre by bixel.

The Trixie awards is an anual contest were people get nominated in different catagories by the members of Simtropolis.

so i have to download the dependencies...i've not downloaded any dependencies yet. does it make a carton box if I download a building without them of will it just be the textures that will not be as good looking ?

i'll named my next neighboorhood Pixel district!

Dependencies are mainly for textures and props, The original buildings work fine without dependencies in most cases, but the lot looks better if you have them.

The awards were closed just under a week ago. The admins are now counting the votes and the results should be announced within the next weeks.

Dependencies are a nuicense. Bixels BATs are not.
