Hey TMS, this city journal looks very promising, I like the goverment area and I agree with MayorTim I like the lack of skyscrapers. Normally I like skyscrapers but this city looks so nice with a lack of them.

Since that part of the city is on a small tile i used that to my advatage and made the Hughes Power Station the main source of power to that part of town. If you look closely there is a power line going into downtown but its been taken out because its not needed...
