I'm currently about a third of the way through with reading "A Thousand Splendid Suns"...I love it so far, although I hear "Kite Runner" is better? I've yet to read that one, it's up next on the list. -91

Very sad, indeed. Here's a link to some pictures of the destruction...just horrible. My heart goes out to the people in Haiti right now, that's for sure. *Some of the pictures may be disturbing* -91

I'm fine with the revival of this thread as long as it doesn't get too "spammy" (people posting one-word responses, posting just to post, etc.) Post random facts, and I'm good with it.
