My region has reached over 3 million sims, making it the highest pop. region I've ever had.  

Smoothed out some of the city tile edges and added onto the eastern side of the city, including a new airport.

I named my region "WHO" on purpose-mainly because I was testing around, making new islands. yeh.

I always fall off my region; I created this 400k skyscraper madness city, (only skyscrapers practically!)  But then I noticed my terrian was horrible... Well, here it is:

Garbage city: Landfills and residential, got the idea from a thread on simtropolis. I ment only skyscrapers in City1.

btw,I have my region "Southern Cardiff" growing in a rural state,It's a loooooonnnnnngggg way where I want my region to be a picture perfect.
