There are some dowloadable stations on the STEX that have increased capacities and multiple functions that you could use. Standard stations are kinda low with 2000 capacity

Sweet, someone else who hand terraforms. When the coast borders get like that its pretty much just a trial and error fix...at least as far as I've been able to figure out.

Mountains would look nice...or some change in elevation for that matter,unless you're going for complete sprawl.

At least in the case of dirty industry, alot of the filler lots provide more jobs than the larger buildings do. Parceling (?) leads to less filler so less jobs , and less jobs is less money perhaps?
