I have only made it to the 2 million mark...and u are going to 200,000,000 people wow, and this city would already normally be the biggest city in the world if it was real, it would be way way bigger then the biggest city on the Earth if this were a real city.

I once started a reagion like that but quite it because its to montiness doing the same street patterens over and over . But Using all medium sized citys in a standered reagion and modded co$$$  and cs$$$ and Ind all plopable  pluse I found that the libery was the over all bigest demand boster so made a 1 tile sized and was able to get 8 million sims per city had about ten citys done when I quit playing the reagion  and calculated it would be possible to get 464 million sims in that reagion if I had filled it .

   ps this guy is well on his way to it if he keeps building .

 PSSS if he has the jobs nessery he could triple his poplation without building more at this point buy cutting water to each city everone leavs then alowaying only $ R back in .

  Pss to be sure of having the nessery jobs you creat a small box in bat and make it a land mark then use a landmark lot making it only 1 tile and adding jobs to seven typs CO$$$ CO$$ CS$ CS$$ CS$$$ IND$ IND$$ IND$$$ AND AG and dont require the lots to be watered then they wont depleat when you cut the water .

I wouldn't be too sure. I've seen a lot of records and concepts broken in the time that I've been on ST. That's one of the best things about ST; the community always improves and betters its past achievements .

 

Then again, it's highly doubtful anyone is (or will) try anything on this scale .

I would like to see some pics and stats of the transportation network, it must be gigantic and chaotic!
What about water and air pollution? Did you control it with some mod? If not, it must be very bad!

This is a CJ that has sparked intrigue more than any other in history, I think. The universal cry of 'how is it done?' will ring over these forums for months, maybe years. That's a sign of how incredible this is.

1. There are transportation pictures on page 2.

 

2. I made a lot to get rid of most air pollution and a lot to get rid of all water pollution.
