Here is Downtown Carlton. The population of the city is 160,000 and the downtown worker population should be around 140,000.

Here, this picture namely shows Carlton's world class Financial District. Wealthy Bank Employees populate this portion of downtown Carlton during a 9-5 workday.

Some of the biggest names in Carlton's financial district include SimNation, SunBank, Citigroup, Chase, Wells Fargo and Bank of America.

Nice Godzillaman, though I should warn you, if you don't get some workers out there (do you already have them elsewhere?) those supertalls will abandon quickly and you can say goodbye to the pretty lights...

Yeah, that wasn't my best city in terms of mass transit. I do have a Subway Sytem in place which my sims use, but that's pretty much it. However, The Commute Time for everyone is very short (surprisingly enough).

Midwestern American Cities are just like it (Chicago, Detroit, St. Louis, Indianapolis, etc.), and I was basically trying to re-create them.

Maxis92: Oh, you used a grey texture mod, didn't you? I thought all the roads were just streets. The subway system is probably what reduces the commute time then, or the highways.

Actually, if I remember correctly. they're supose to be concrete textures. However, I think I removed those.

I know it's not the most complex section of a skyscraper district but I think it is in proportion to the rest of my city.

Slightly modeled after Canary Wharf in London. (Canals, One Canada Square)

About half of my skyscrapers...Not finished yet...obviously...and there's a super-tall out of the picture...
