Taybaxter: Can you change all of your pictures into JPG's? I can't see them right now.

@ilikehotdogsalot:  That looks very good! Is it supposed to look like New York? If so, that's very good! 9.gif    I've been there, and it actually looks a lot like it! 2.gif  If it's not supposed to look like New York, it's very good still! I must ask you one question though!

Where'd you get the avenue in the bottom of the picture?

wtc8.jpg

And how did you get the elevated road and the highway to run under that bridge? 6.gif

Simply amazing. Have you got an entire accurate NYC re-creation? The level of detail you use is... fantastic.

Nah, I don't have an entire NYC recreation, just a few parts. My journal has 2 other NY themed mosaics if you'd like to check them out 4.gif

Heres mine. I currently don't use any mods, or add-ons. I used to have some larger cities, but I lost them due to a virus some time ago, and then again to file corruption due to using some mods, which is probably why I'm afraid of using the NAM.

Residential Pop: 130,000

Commercial Pop: 55,000

not bad. maybe next time turn off the UDI icons and a little more custom content couldn't hurt.

the city itself has a realistic look, with the spacing of taller buildings interspersed with low to mid-rise ones.

here's a little something from me, not a lot of skyscrapers, but it'll do:

Hmm...there aren't too many in mine, and the ones that are there are either the exact building in LA or the closest one possible. The picture you have shows there is considerably more dropoff than I made. I have more mid-rises in and around downtown, and your picture shows the sea of low-rises that surround downtown LA. Jeez...LA is weird...

Heres a branch of one of my cities that went onto another tile. I kinda like it. Not finished though.
