Here are shots of downtown Directus. It's not really a "commercial jungle", with a population of 350,000 plus, its a humble town.  Just to let you guys know, this is plain SC4 Deluxe. No mods of any kind (that doesn't mean making use of mods is bad). This is for those who have cities similar to mine.

You guys have some very impressive downtowns. The downtowns I create tend to be one mass of high density comm. and res. I need some inspiration on livening things up. Keep the pics coming!

I, personally, can't stand it when people try and make as many skyscrapers as they can.

I work on aesthetics. Below are my two favourite  cities:  Verona and Altair, respectively.

Nice downtowns UltraGIR XL! I like how they both have very distinctive styles of architecture. Do you have a CJ? It'd be cool to see more of your cities.

Were you referring to my city? If so, search "Toronto" on the actual sim city exchange... not the STEX

Guys, your downtowns are stunning! I see a lot of patient people here.
Now, the following pics come from my most recent work, San Fernando (although Directus is still my fave). Enjoy!
PS: Can someone please tell me how to present pics flat out instead of thumbnail? Thanks.
