SG - I knew if I waited long enough you would create a hotel that I have actually stayed in. Very nice detailing, especially on the roof and the restaurant on the top floor (I assume you know that the restaurant revolves -- great views).  Well done!

Glad everyone seems to like it!  It's not an exact replica by any means, but there are similarities.  It will probably be a week or two until it's done.  Trying to get the modding just right first, and RW stuff will be slowing me down a little for a bit.

I have finally bothered to ask, How do I remove the plopable versions, as that my landmarks menu is swamped by all of the lots that I have off you, and well, they are a little annoying

The plop versions always start with SG_ in the name, and have the .SC4Lot extension.  95% of them are safe to delete; some of my earlier works have the query in theat file, so that will delete the query as well as the lot.  Best bet is to move all the unwanted plops to a temp folder outside the plugins, then make sure everything still works right.

FYI, I just updated the Coca Cola Building.  Had a bug in the growable I'd been meaning to fix forever.  Also made the Plop version a reward, instead of a normal Landmark lot.  A little more fun.  Added some custom sound as well....

Seriously, that is an amazingly great building, and will be a unique entry into the STEX. Thanks for making it!

 

Bring us some more projects on this scale. I would love to see a Tokyo Metropolitan Center as a reward... the Japanese model is OK, but it is very old and is not particularly realistic.

ZZ..  good catch.  I am using that building as inspiration, but this will a unique one.  When I started it, I had never seen the base of the RW one, and thought it would look perfect in Sc4 with separate bases on either sides of  street. 

 

 Here is the same section, with the central tower now filled in.  Ihave barely begun the crown for this; that will take a while longer, as I'm still searching for a design I like.

Very good job on this stuff, SG, but I do have a few suggestions, for the hotel complex on the last page, I LOVE the main building, it looks sooooo 70's! Would it be possible for you to release that building without the base separatley? It looks great either way, but it would be nice!

Plus, the pool looks too repetitive, do you think you could make some new swimmer props or maybe have it where there won;t be so many in the pool 24/7?
