This may not be original but this Treatment Plant has Evolved into a Purification Plant so instead of dimming down on pollution it erases all trace of water pollution. I noe this may not be realistic but it is very helpful. This can also produce water in a 7 tile radius.
Monthly Cost: $2500
Water Produced: 10,000 (in the 7 tile radius. i still got to fix that)
Eliminates water pollution by 350
Wuts ironic is that i saw this design on a screenshot preview of SimCity 4. But it wuz never made to look like it does in the game
