Based in a historic residence, this library attracts people from all over the city (and further!). Unfortunately for the city, there is almost a third less room to store books. The maintenance costs are increased due to the building's historic status and all the stuck bathroom doorknobs that go with it. However, the relaxed pace and beautiful scenery allow the patrons to learn at their leisure.
