Is this just done with the snow cap mod? I'll have to download that mod, now that I've seen this map!

This lot may use the snowcap mod, i have it so that means it probarly does. No other mods are needed as far as i know.

- I forgot to add- this terrain is very high up, the snow cap mod does not cover low ground in snow. (So this is just like a giant mountain-top)

it's supposed to do that. read the omnibus, it will tell you how to download and install stex maps.
