Terrace Island is great for anything really... It has level ground, a variety of geographical characteristics, and finally, you get the feel of having level earth without only having one level of it. This is great for a metropolis or even smaller cities that you want to have a more realistic feel, without actually being real.
PLEASE NOTE: The custom config Bmp is custom for a reason. It doesn't look custom, but is optimized.
