This is so awesome you have to tell me how you made it. I have been searching all over for accurate maps of foreign countries and can't find any. Please tell me how you made it.

All I can say is...Congraulations.

I've noted that the height settings of Simcity 4 can't be reflected the actual hilly conditions of Hong Kong...

Very nice job. But, the elevation limits of SC4 prevent a truly perfect recreation of HK. Maybe there will be a mod for that some day...

MUCH better than the other two frequently downloaded maps... although i don't think you should have included the Kaitek Airport's jetty... you should let the player add that as neccessary
