Alexandria Lakes is a region with the right combination of water and land. There are several islands in this map.
It is a chain of lakes, and has no steep mountains, ideal for building. The water level is quite shallow, so you may need to use the GOD MODE tools to make it deeper. It was created with the Landscape Designer. In other words, enjoy!
