why river is cut ?

It appears that several of the city files are missing from your region folder, or were when you took this screen capture. As far as why the smaller rivers are disconnected near the city edges, this is an unavoidable side effect of reconciliation.

If this were finished, it be great... then we could create a plopable Woodmen tower, First National building and Mutual of O and then spend all of our game time tearing up 72nd street, over and over again, just like in real life.

The jpg file is right its finished when I rendered it in the game I ran a program and messed the rendering up thats why the screenshot is not complete.

Where is Carter Lake at? Is it in the map? Carter Lake is an interesting feature of Omaha, because it is a small chunk of Iowa that is on the Nebraska side of the river. I want to also recreate the old-blackened grain elevator that is on the Omaha side of the lake and plop it next to the lake.
