kinda neat, but who needs swamp if you can't develop on it?

I need a swamp. Especially one with blood sucking insects. After all The Sims have filies, cockroaches and mice.

I did not alter the pollution effect, so they still have whatever effect the open grass area had

That's great but it should reduce pollution, as wetlands do.

it should reduce WATER pollution instead of air pollution. Nice to see these here. I need some meandering swamps to fill my valleys
