The stuff that every house and park needs. These are some picnic and barbeque props. These props include:
2 very realistic picnic tables mostly found in parks and people's backyards. There are 2 picnic tables, made with two kinds of wood. One is darker and the other is lighter. The frame of the tables is made of metal.
A barbeque grill, the kind mostly found in State parks.
To install these props, put all the files, in your MyDocuments/SimCity4/Plugins folder.
These props can be used in Lot Editor to make your own lots. These props will also be needed for many JBM farms and parks which are gonna be arriving to the STEX soon.
These props have hover querry names when hovering a question mark over them in the game, and have flammability that corresponds to how well they burn in real life.
