This is a nice park with some beautiful palm trees made by N74704, its kind of a tribute for his great flora creations. If you people like it I can make more parks in the future.

BSC Reverse Path Overlay Textures Pack 3 , you can get it on the exchange.
Unfortunately i'm not very good yet with the icon pictures. So you will find the lot in the park menu as ''small park or Plaza'' I think.
