About This File

These two buildings are my first bat creations. Their the same thing just differant spires. I don't have much experience with BAT. But I plan to get better as I go along.

 

Both of them are Collages. Hold 10000 people. Cost 10000 bucks a plot, but what makes these buildings different is the fact that they teach sims 2x more efficantly. Montly cost is 2500.

 

I only ask is that you rate the lot for what it is.
