Tragicomicus Tower is probably the most hours I have spent on any one building. THere is a growable and a ploppable version contained in the zip as well as one of my pool props. There are some dependencies you all should be aware of. They are as follows....
1. Cerulean's Base Textures
2. Couchpotato's Tree Props
3. Geoffhaw's reverse path overlay textures.
This lot is a r$$$ growable and houses 1145 sims. I put a lot of time into this one so I hope you all enjoy it.
